This acquisition means that Hollard Mozambique insurance is now the sole shareholder of global
Alliance. During this initial phase, global alliance will continue operating as an independent entity, maintaining its products, services and team in Mozambique.
The change took effect in April 2025, when Hollard officially became the sole shareholder. However, the operational integration will happen gradually and carefully, ensuring that you continue to receive uninterrupted service.

This change comes with key benefits, including:

a. Access to a global network specializing in insurance, bringing innovations to the products and services we offer
b. Potential future enhancements to policies, leveraging Hollard’s expertise in the insurance sector
c. Continuation of local support, now further strengthened by an international insurance group

Your policy remains valid. There will be no changes whatsoever to the policy or its terms and conditions.

The premiums on your current policies will not be affected. Any future adjustments will follow the normal renewal process and be communicated in advance.

Your contact person will remain the same. Any changes with regards to points of contact will be communicated to you well in advance.

Yes, your relationship with your broker will not change. They will continue to be your main point of contact for all insurance-related matters.

While our ownership (and eventually our brand) may be changing, you can rely on us to continue to service your insurance needs. You can reach out to us through the usual channels until further notice.

The terms and conditions of your policy will remain unchanged, and you will still enjoy the benefits and service you are accustomed to.

No, there will be no changes to the service you enjoy.

Until further notice, your claims continue to be channeled through Global Alliance Seguros, S.A once this transaction takes effect there will be a transitionary period where we continue to operate under our current brand with no changes to our channels and how we currently service your needs. During this transitionary period any changes that impact you will be communicated.

We do not anticipate any changes for you as a customer. You will continue to enjoy the same benefits and service that you currently receive. It is important that you, as our valued customer, ensure we have the most up to date contact information on file.
